About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our gypsum plaster manufacturing operations.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 15–20 production workers, monitoring quality control, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing supervision
• Experience in gypsum, cement, or chemical manufacturing is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of ISO quality management systems
